Up for auction "Maine Judge" Charles B Rounds Signed Promisary Note Dated 1901 W/ StampsES-4773ECharles B. Rounds; Served in the Civil War and was a noted attorney and judge in Calais, Maine. He was a first lieutenant in Company D, 32nd Maine infantry. He Mustered April 19, 1864, and was wounded May 12th at Spottysyvania.
